Always do your own due diligence with food. Timer apps can’t measure the temperature within the food. Always check so you know it is safe to consume. Eating undercooked food (especially fish and poultry) is risky, all recipes in this app suggesting food which is partly cooked is only because you should bake cook or otherwise heat your food until it’s safe.
As an example you can heat salmon until it’s very tender / sashimi like, because that will get you better results on the barbecue.
